Last night I made a loaf of beer bread to go with our casserole. The casserole was an experiment and did not turn out. But the beer bread was delicious. I thought I would share the recipe with you today. My friend Lori C. gave me this recipe a few years ago. I don’t think she’ll mind me sharing it with you!
Beer Bread
3 C Self-Rising Flour
4 Tbsp Sugar
1 egg
1 Can Beer (warm is better)
1/4 C Melted Butter
Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended. Pour into loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Top with melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

This bread is so easy and so good. A lot cheaper than the mix you buy at a party!
